Spectators: 7265 (Terracing: 5484, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 100) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Afonso Miranda got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Palame's goalkeeper Valdo Eger had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aníbal Novaes. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Godoi in the 6th minute of play forced Tamoa's goalkeeper Breno Vinhas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th minute, Reginaldo Pitta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benjamin Trevisan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Afonso Miranda succeeded in the game's 16th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Aníbal Novaes's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Valdo Eger firmly grabbed it by the left post. Afonso Miranda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Valdo Eger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tamoa's Aníbal Novaes got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Afonso Miranda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Palame's Carlos Godoi got a free kick in the 41st minute. If Carlos Godoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tamoa's José Paulo Mello was substituted for Jonas Quintal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carlos Godoi made a kick off. Tamoa's Breno Vinhas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Tamoa from getting a goal against them. Luiz Eduardo Silveira kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. If Aníbal Novaes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th minute, Afonso Miranda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Afonso Miranda struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Valdo Eger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tamoa. If Aníbal Novaes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valdo Eger came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Tamoa's Afonso Miranda. But to his dismay, Afonso Miranda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Valdo Eger stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aníbal Novaes's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. A collision led to Palame getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Luiz Eduardo Silveira hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Tamoa's zone, Benjamin Trevisan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Breno Vinhas came out of the goal and Benjamin Trevisan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Breno Vinhas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Godoi in the 88th minute of the match. 95 minutes into the match, Palame's goal looked a bit too open when Aníbal Novaes came free, but Valdo Eger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
