After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Virgílio Zanette managed to get in a good position for a shot. A collision led to Catonho FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Marcos França hit a great ball. In the 18th minute of the match Leonel Pimenta sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Erik Cabral skillfully saved the ball. In the 19th minute of the match, Eleuterio Sotero tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Júnior Dante saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 22 minutes, Marcus Reis made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Catonho FC's Erik Cabral tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With his leg Júnior Dante managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when Catonho FC's Durvalino Maranhense fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Gonçalo Neto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Durvalino Maranhense sped through SAO FRANCISCO 49ers's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Júnior Dante. Adhemar Bezerra charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adhemar Bezerra the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, SAO FRANCISCO 49ers's Adhemar Bezerra got a free kick in the 43rd minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Durvalino Maranhense stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonçalo Neto in the 52nd minute of play forced SAO FRANCISCO 49ers's goalkeeper Júnior Dante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Virgílio Zanette might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Erik Cabral. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Virgílio Zanette ran back to his position shaking his head. Júnior Dante came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Catonho FC's Gonçalo Neto. But to his dismay, Gonçalo Neto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. 63 minutes into the match, Durvalino Maranhense had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Júnior Dante. SAO FRANCISCO 49ers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Durvalino Maranhense was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. The referee felt a red card was in order, 68 minutes into the game, when Leonel Pimenta put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 67th minute of the game. One of SAO FRANCISCO 49ers:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Catonho FC:s goal. 74 minutes into the match, SAO FRANCISCO 49ers's goal looked a bit too open when Durvalino Maranhense came free, but Júnior Dante reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of SAO FRANCISCO 49ers booed when Catonho FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gonçalo Neto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gonçalo Neto struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Júnior Dante didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Catonho FC. Eleuterio Sotero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Júnior Dante tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eleuterio Sotero struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Júnior Dante didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Catonho FC. After 86 minutes of play, Catonho FC's Eleuterio Sotero made it 7-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Júnior Dante was left in no man's land by his defense there! Virgílio Zanette kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Catonho FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
