Teodoro Gomes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Biagio Spagnuolo, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Sennatto FC's Kauã Linares slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Teodoro Gomes. That made the score 1-0 after 7 minutes of play. Armandinho Paraibano kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Teodoro Gomes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kauã Linares, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 16th minute, Erik Saldanha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Biagio Spagnuolo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Teodoro Gomes managed to avoid a goal in the 28thth minute, when Sennatto FC's Kauã Linares fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 34th minute Kauã Linares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodoro Gomes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kauã Linares's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Teodoro Gomes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Teodoro Gomes stood somewhat misplaced when Biagio Spagnuolo came free in front of goal and shot 3-1 to the left of him in the 36 minute. In the 44th minute of the match João Adolfo Dias sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Teodoro Gomes skillfully saved the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Guiratinga E. C.'s zone, Sven-Arne Dusett stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teodoro Gomes came out of the goal and Sven-Arne Dusett tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Orlando Botelho to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Sven-Arne Dusett shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodoro Gomes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Guiratinga E. C. getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Aluísio Peixoto hit a great ball. After 54 played minutes Guiratinga E. C. got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Santana. Teodoro Gomes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Biagio Spagnuolo went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. João Adolfo Dias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 67th minute, Kauã Linares made a precise shot to the right of Teodoro Gomes. Guiratinga E. C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. In the 70th match minute, Guiratinga E. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlando Santana to maneuver through the defense. Kauã Linares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Teodoro Gomes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 77 played minutes Guiratinga E. C. got a freekick which was hit by Aluísio Peixoto. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kauã Linares in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Teodoro Gomes saved Guiratinga E. C. from getting behind. After 79 minutes, Orlando Santana mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guiratinga E. C. and the Sennatto FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Orlando Santana kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kauã Linares in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Teodoro Gomes saved Guiratinga E. C. from getting behind. Kauã Linares scored 6-1 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Teodoro Gomes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Guiratinga E. C. booed when Sennatto FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erik Saldanha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teodoro Gomes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kauã Linares in the 89th minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Sennatto FC fully deserved thier win.
