C.'s Bomikaze Primo got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of ISABELA F. C. booed when Marcondesia SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Fabiano Coutinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 13 played minutes ISABELA F. C. got a freekick which was hit by Frank Linhares. In the 14th minute Jeferson Ceresso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gordon Banks saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, ISABELA F. C.'s Gordon Banks got control of the ball when Naldo Passos tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Rafinha de Azevedo fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ISABELA F. C.'s protests and gave Rafinha de Azevedo a yellow card for diving instead. Jeferson Ceresso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gordon Banks made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeferson Ceresso in the 22nd minute of play. Bomikaze Primo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. José Pedro Gomes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeferson Ceresso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gordon Banks having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aílton Porto during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jeferson Ceresso in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gordon Banks prevented the ball from getting in the gole. José Pedro Gomes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bomikaze Primo in the 46th minute of play. ISABELA F. C.'s Bomikaze Primo got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Bomikaze Primo made the kick off in the second half. When João Paulo Travassos came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Marcondesia SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that João Paulo Travassos couldn't finish the play. Manfredo Ribeiro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gordon Banks having to make a save. After a rather tough play, ISABELA F. C.'s Rafinha de Azevedo got a free kick in the 64th minute. Luiz Fabiano Coutinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Gordon Banks tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ernani Ribeiro hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bomikaze Primo couldn't finish the play. José Pedro Gomes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eder Aleixo, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. If Bomikaze Primo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manfredo Ribeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bomikaze Primo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Pedro Gomes having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bomikaze Primo in the 83rd minute of play forced Marcondesia SS's goalkeeper José Pedro Gomes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg José Pedro Gomes managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when ISABELA F. C.'s Eder Aleixo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Bomikaze Primo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. ISABELA F. C.'s Bomikaze Primo got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bomikaze Primo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. José Pedro Gomes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. ISABELA F. C. were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Marcondesia SS to leave the ground with a draw.
