In the 11th minute Dalmo Mota shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tostão Prestes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomé Mota in the 13th minute of play forced Era SC's goalkeeper Tostão Prestes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Tomé Mota notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Era SC's Tostão Prestes. Tostão Prestes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomé Mota in the 35th minute of the match. 51 minutes into the match, Era SC's goal looked a bit too open when Dalmo Mota came free, but Tostão Prestes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Era SC's Tostão Prestes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dalmo Mota in the 53rd minute of play. Dalmo Mota received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Tostão Prestes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tostão Prestes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dalmo Mota in the 87th minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Dalmo Mota reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tostão Prestes. The goal made the score 1-4.
