The coaching staff of CAVALO DE TRÓIA protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Maurinho Lucas had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. If Gugu Lira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gugu Lira might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gilberto Valladares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gugu Lira ran back to his position shaking his head. After 93 minutes, Kauan Mandrak mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CAVALO DE TRÓIA and the Itanhomy EC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 95th minute of the match Emerson Guerra sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Isidoro Estefan skillfully saved the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Itanhomy EC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for CAVALO DE TRÓIA.
