Antoni Baños received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Wanderson Miranda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wanderson Miranda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Allan Nogueira in the 31st minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Waldir Mota put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Wanderson Miranda. Wanderson Miranda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Waldir Mota, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wanderson Miranda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 64 played minutes Afligidos got a freekick which was hit by Zé Carlos Matorin. Wanderson Miranda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Allan Nogueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 90th minute Sandrinho da Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wanderson Miranda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Waldir Mota had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sandrinho da Costa in the 93rd minute of play forced Afligidos's goalkeeper Wanderson Miranda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Red Bull F.S.C.'s Waldir Mota in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
