In the 19thth minute of the game Bernard Conincx who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but NAPALM DEATH's Jerônimo Lopez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bernard Conincx struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Jerônimo Lopez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nunes. In the 26thth minute of the game Bernard Conincx who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but NAPALM DEATH's Jerônimo Lopez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jerônimo Lopez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When Claudinei Tepedino came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the NAPALM DEATH fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claudinei Tepedino couldn't finish the play. 54 minutes into the match, Nunes's goal looked a bit too open when Claudinei Tepedino came free, but Amauri Dracena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amauri Dracena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudinei Tepedino in the 56th minute of the match. Lino França kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. In the 62ndth minute of the game Bernard Conincx who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but NAPALM DEATH's Jerônimo Lopez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Juninho Mattos fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored NAPALM DEATH's protests and gave Juninho Mattos a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Nunes booed when NAPALM DEATH was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juninho Mattos didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Claudinei Tepedino during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ronaldão Coutinho scored 0-3 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jerônimo Lopez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Romeo Clarke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luiz Fábio Neves received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jerônimo Lopez came out and tried to block the shot, but Luiz Fábio Neves slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 85th minute. Ronaldão Coutinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerônimo Lopez having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Ronaldão Coutinho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jerônimo Lopez was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Nunes's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
