Duarte Fernandes kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. dorizonense's Váldson Varela proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save dorizonense from getting a goal against them. Váldson Varela made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pedro Luiz Pimenta in the 13th minute. After 13 played minutes dorizonense got a freekick which was hit by Elói da Cunha. Váldson Varela was out of position in the 16 minute of play, and Dito de Almeida capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dito de Almeida really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Váldson Varela made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Pedro Luiz Pimenta sent off a good shot on target. Duarte Fernandes hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. After 29 played minutes dorizonense got a freekick which was hit by Dadá Salgado. After a rather tough play, Morsing SS's Augusto Hoffmann got a free kick in the 31st minute. 42 minutes into the match, Morsing SS's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Velloso came free, but Cesinha Hames reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. dorizonense's Váldson Varela proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save dorizonense from getting a goal against them. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Roger Rodrigues made the kick off in the second half. When dorizonense's Roger Rodrigues in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Morsing SS's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roger Rodrigues in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cesinha Hames saved Morsing SS from getting behind. Cesinha Hames was a little too slow when Benjamin Velloso got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 1-2. dorizonense's Betinho Tavares was substituted for Edmundo Maciel. An unexpected shot in the 66th minute by Benjamin Velloso got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. dorizonense's Cipriano Cearense was substituted for Roger Rodrigues. dorizonense made a substitution. Ramiro Koehler replaced Elói da Cunha. Váldson Varela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabiano Moreno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Morsing SS's Cesinha Hames got control of the ball when Benjamin Velloso tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cipriano Cearense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute, Dito de Almeida got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. dorizonense's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
