Spectators: 7251 (Terracing: 5440, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 144) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Oswaldo Sergipano made the kick off which started today's match. 7 minutes in the game, Oswaldo Sergipano fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Dênis Queiroz having to interfere. In the 9th minute Oswaldo Sergipano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dênis Queiroz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Rondon SS's Nicolas Fernandes got a free kick in the 12th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Filipe Cordeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Taim's supporters rose to their feet, but Filipe Cordeiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dênis Queiroz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 20 minutes of play, Rondon SS's Silas Nascimento made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adilson Vale was left in no man's land by his defense there! Silas Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adilson Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silas Nascimento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Juvenal Pombal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Silas Nascimento was the one to do the kick off. If Juvenal Pombal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Horácio Saraiva struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Adilson Vale didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rondon SS. The supporters of Rondon SS booed when Taim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcus Amorim didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silas Nascimento in the 56th minute of play forced Taim's goalkeeper Adilson Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dênis Queiroz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oswaldo Sergipano in the 60th minute of play. In the 62nd match minute, Taim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcus Amorim to maneuver through the defense. Juvenal Pombal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Adilson Vale made a huge save. A collision led to Rondon SS getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Nicolas Fernandes hit a great ball. Filipe Cordeiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 77 minutes into the game, Marcus Amorim was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Taim's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rondon SS the free kick. A collision led to Taim getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Marcus Amorim hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Taim's zone, Silas Nascimento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adilson Vale came out of the goal and Silas Nascimento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dênis Queiroz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oswaldo Sergipano in the 82nd minute of play. Silas Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oswaldo Sergipano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Dênis Queiroz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Taim getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Oswaldo Sergipano hit a great ball. Juvenal Pombal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adilson Vale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silas Nascimento, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. An unexpected shot in the 94th minute by Juvenal Pombal got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Adilson Vale had great luck who in the 96thth minute grab hold of the ball when Silas Nascimento from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post.
