S.I.F.S.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Narciso da Cunha was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 14th minute Raimundo Lago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sidney Cunha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, S.I.F.S.'s goal looked a bit too open when Narciso da Cunha came free, but Sidney Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sidney Cunha didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Narciso da Cunha went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. If Narciso da Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raimundo Lago in the 27th minute of play forced S.I.F.S.'s goalkeeper Sidney Cunha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilmar Custódio in the 29th minute of play forced NoLimits's goalkeeper Carlos Fernando Lago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. NoLimits's Raimundo Lago got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sidney Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Narciso da Cunha in the 35th minute of the match. Raimundo Lago's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sidney Cunha read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Sidney Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raimundo Lago in the 38th minute of play. Narciso da Cunha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Sidney Cunha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carlos Fernando Lago made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arthur Pinho in the 43rd minute. In the 45th minute, Bebeto Azevedo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sidney Cunha was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Narciso da Cunha made a kick off. Sidney Cunha made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Afonso Baiano sent off a good shot on target. When NoLimits's Narciso da Cunha in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Sidney Cunha was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Narciso da Cunha showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 78 minute of play. In the 84th minute, S.I.F.S.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Raimundo Lago fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 86th match minute, S.I.F.S. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arthur Pinho to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute, Raimundo Lago got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Raimundo Lago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. NoLimits played a much better game than S.I.F.S. and deserved their victory. The S.I.F.S. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
