Raimundo Lago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Luís Fábio Varela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, NoLimits's Carlos Fernando Lago got control of the ball when Valério Furtado tried to sneak it across the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Cedro Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Bebeto Azevedo came free, but Luís Fábio Varela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to NoLimits getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Bebeto Azevedo hit a great ball. If Andrézinho Galvão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40th minute, Narciso da Cunha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Raimundo Lago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Narciso da Cunha in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luís Fábio Varela prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Narciso da Cunha was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Narciso da Cunha kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Luís Fábio Varela. That made the score 0-1 in the 53 minute of play. 58 minutes into the game, Raimundo Lago cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. After some careless play in the Cedro Futbol Club defense, Narciso da Cunha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luís Fábio Varela. The Cedro Futbol Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luís Fábio Varela should have stopped the shot. Carlos Fernando Lago showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomé Vianna, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Valério Furtado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Fernando Lago having to interfere. Raimundo Lago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Luís Fábio Varela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Narciso da Cunha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of NoLimits booed when Cedro Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oswaldo Negri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Narciso da Cunha who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 90thth minute tested the skills of Luís Fábio Varela when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Raimundo Lago took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luís Fábio Varela. Luís Fábio Varela dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. When the match was over NoLimits could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Cedro Futbol Club throughout the match.
