Anísio Freire took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laércio Porto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antônio Carlos Veiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Michel Vasconcelos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Michel Vasconcelos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zdzislaw Gargasz in the 14th minute. With his leg Michel Vasconcelos managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when Anormais Futebol Clube's Zdzislaw Gargasz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Oquinimia's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Zdzislaw Gargasz scored to the left of an out of position Michel Vasconcelos, making the score, 1-0. 23 minutes into the match, Oquinimia's goal looked a bit too open when Zdzislaw Gargasz came free, but Michel Vasconcelos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute Zdzislaw Gargasz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michel Vasconcelos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zdzislaw Gargasz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michel Vasconcelos having to interfere. The supporters of Oquinimia booed when Anormais Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nico de Azevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luís Paulo Passos to make the kick off. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Michel Vasconcelos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Zdzislaw Gargasz came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Anormais Futebol Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zdzislaw Gargasz couldn't finish the play. Zdzislaw Gargasz took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Michel Vasconcelos. Michel Vasconcelos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Edgar Lima received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Anísio Freire tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Hortêncio Linhares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Oquinimia's goalkeeper Michel Vasconcelos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Luís Paulo Passos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oquinimia's Laércio Porto suffered a sore foot after 71 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 71 minutes, Baltazar Arruda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Anormais Futebol Clube and the Oquinimia players grew even worse after the yellow card. Adelino Vianna took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 91st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Michel Vasconcelos. Oquinimia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 94 played minutes Anormais Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Baltazar Arruda. Anormais Futebol Clube's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
