Toco Preto EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Roseiras the free kick. In the 36thth minute of the game Luiz Meira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Toco Preto EC's Carlos Alberto Lima was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Claudinho Tepedino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Claudinho Tepedino came free with the goalkeeper in the 52nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Carlos Alberto Lima could save by the left post. If Claudinho Tepedino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute, Claudinho Tepedino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carlos Alberto Lima was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 89 minutes into the match, Humberto Maia notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Toco Preto EC's Carlos Alberto Lima. Carlos Alberto Lima was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Enrique de Andrade during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
