The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Enio Rossi was the one to do the kick off. After 70 minutes of play, Palmeiras do Acre's Lucio Chago made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Régis Vander was left in no man's land by his defense there! 76 minutes into the game, Lucio Chago cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Régis Vander was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Régis Vander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enio Rossi in the 80th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Muriti's Diguinho Carneiro got a free kick in the 81st minute. Lucio Chago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Régis Vander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 86 minutes, Dário Marques mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Muriti and the Palmeiras do Acre players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the referee ended the match the Palmeiras do Acre players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
