Agiota SS's Pedro Paulo Faustino got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. João Vítor Alagoano was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Giovani Porto. Agiota SS's João Vítor Alagoano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Agiota SS from getting a goal against them. João Vítor Alagoano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisão Vander in the 19th minute of the match. Luizão Novaes charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luizão Novaes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nelson Leal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ruslan Bundash having to make a save. João Vítor Alagoano made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Luizão Novaes sent off a good shot on target. Luizão Novaes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but João Vítor Alagoano made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Cacá Queiroz took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for João Vítor Alagoano to make any attempt to save it. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Horácio Cunha stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cacá Queiroz scored 3-0 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of João Vítor Alagoano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Agiota SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Horácio Cunha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ruslan Bundash breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Atlético Monte Azul getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Enéas Miranda hit a great ball. Ruslan Bundash showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vânderson Pinheiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. 87 minutes into the match, Enéas Miranda notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Agiota SS's João Vítor Alagoano. João Vítor Alagoano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gernando Chaves hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Luisão Vander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Juvenal Oliveira kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Atlético Monte Azul were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Agiota SS for a fine match.
