Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute Angelo Barral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dário Berger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 5 minutes, Aníbal Perez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alagacico EC and the Real Mendigos players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 6th match minute, Alagacico EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aníbal Perez to maneuver through the defense. Sabino Marques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. André Luís Velasco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. André Luís Velasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sabino Marques in the 9th minute of the match. In the 17th minute, Renan Vaz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Renan Vaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Alagacico EC's zone, Renan Vaz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dário Berger came out of the goal and Renan Vaz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dário Berger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renan Vaz in the 29th minute of the match. Dário Berger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renan Vaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Alex Hoffmann kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 35thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Real Mendigos's keeper André Luís Velasco was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. After having played for 38 minutes, Angelo Barral managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Mendigos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelo Barral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 40th minute, Luiz Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 41st minute of the match Eliézer Nogueira shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dário Berger showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Renan Vaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dário Berger having to interfere. Angelo Barral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Dário Berger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Alagacico EC's Aníbal Perez got a free kick in the 47th minute. Renan Vaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 49th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Renan Vaz was the one to do the kick off. Dário Berger made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Renan Vaz sent off a good shot on target. 63 minutes into the match, Alagacico EC's goalkeeper Dário Berger had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Renan Vaz. In the 66th minute, Angelo Barral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Renan Vaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. If Sabino Marques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. André Luís Velasco came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Alagacico EC's Sabino Marques. But to his dismay, Sabino Marques quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1.
