Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 145) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Joel Basualdo kicked off to start the match. Oséias de Senna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dé Vasconcelos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oséias de Senna in the 16th minute. After 18 played minutes Grossl got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Renato Batista. Víktor Salles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cido Santana, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. 24 minutes into the match, Víktor Barros had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Víktor Salles. Grossl's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Víktor Barros was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Dé Vasconcelos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Oséias de Senna went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Oséias de Senna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dé Vasconcelos having to interfere. 33 minutes into the game, Joel Basualdo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Dé Vasconcelos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dé Vasconcelos had great luck who in the 37thth minute grab hold of the ball when Joel Basualdo from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. 3-1 became the score in the 38th minute when Oséias de Senna elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Dé Vasconcelos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joel Basualdo's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. When Joel Basualdo came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Grossl fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Basualdo couldn't finish the play. Oséias de Senna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Dé Vasconcelos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
58 minutes into the match, Joel Basualdo notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Lucrecia's Dé Vasconcelos. Dé Vasconcelos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dé Vasconcelos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Oséias de Senna went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. Joel Basualdo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dé Vasconcelos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oséias de Senna in the 75th minute of play. In the 78th match minute, Grossl was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Glauco Travassos to maneuver through the defense. When Joel Basualdo came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Grossl fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Basualdo couldn't finish the play. Oséias de Senna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 87 minutes of play, Grossl's Oséias de Senna made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dé Vasconcelos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Joel Basualdo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the Grossl players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
