Gilson Valadares blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gabriel Miranda having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilson Valadares in the 3rd minute of play forced DINO FUTEBOL CLUB's goalkeeper Gabriel Miranda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 4th match minute, DINO FUTEBOL CLUB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Adolfo Gonçalves to maneuver through the defense. Kiko de Souza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Eliézer Carioca made a huge save. Gabriel Miranda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilson Valadares in the 9th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, DINO FUTEBOL CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Inácio Bezerra came free, but Gabriel Miranda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Gilson Valadares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Kiko de Souza could shoot a difficult shot in the 24th minute, which Eliézer Carioca however easily saved by the left post. Eliézer Carioca made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Kiko de Souza sent off a good shot on target. After 26 played minutes Emendada got a freekick which was hit by Kléber Couto. After 29 minutes of play, DINO FUTEBOL CLUB's Kiko de Souza made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eliézer Carioca was left in no man's land by his defense there! Carlos Souto kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Gilson Valadares might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gabriel Miranda. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gilson Valadares ran back to his position shaking his head. Gabriel Miranda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Gustavo Gaúcho, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. 46 minutes into the game, Josué de Godoy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DINO FUTEBOL CLUB's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Emendada the free kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Inácio Bezerra was the one to do the kick off. Gilson Valadares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Gabriel Miranda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Belmiro Cruz hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Inácio Bezerra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Emendada's Gilson Valadares slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gabriel Miranda. That made the score 1-1 after 63 minutes of play. DINO FUTEBOL CLUB's defense didn't have a chance, in the 68th minute, when Gilson Valadares scored to the left of an out of position Gabriel Miranda, making the score, 1-2. Gilson Valadares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gabriel Miranda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilson Valadares, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Luiz Gustavo Gaúcho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Gabriel Miranda made a huge save. Gilson Valadares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Miranda having to interfere. Róbson Lopes kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Emendada's Eliézer Carioca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kiko de Souza in the 84th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Kléber Couto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 93 played minutes DINO FUTEBOL CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Inácio Souto. Gilson Valadares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Gabriel Miranda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gilson Valadares struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Gabriel Miranda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Emendada. When the match had gone on for 98 minutes, Luiz Gustavo Gaúcho took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Gabriel Miranda to make any attempt to save it.
