The tension between the Piacatuba AD and the Flamengoooo players grew even worse after the yellow card. 31 minutes into the match, Flamengoooo's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Andrade came free, but Jerônimo Jacinto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jerônimo Jacinto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Matos in the 33rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Matos in the 36th minute of play forced Flamengoooo's goalkeeper Jerônimo Jacinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felipe Andrade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Jerônimo Jacinto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bogdan Chiru to strike the kick off in the second half. Edmundo Matos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Jerônimo Jacinto made a huge save. Edmundo Matos took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jerônimo Jacinto. Felipe Andrade recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nelson Brodel in the 68th minute of play forced Piacatuba AD's goalkeeper Anísio Munhoz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sabino Carneiro kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 73rd minute Felipe Andrade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerônimo Jacinto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cafu Quaresma charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cafu Quaresma the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cafu Quaresma kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. If Felipe Andrade had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 95 minutes into the match, Flamengoooo's goalkeeper Jerônimo Jacinto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edmundo Matos. When the match was over Piacatuba AD could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Flamengoooo throughout the match.
