After a rather tough play, Raptors FC's Adalberto de Azevedo got a free kick in the 27th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Opressor's goal looked a bit too open when Albertinho Fontes came free, but Romeu Freitas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Gustavo Bastos in the 31st minute of play forced Raptors FC's goalkeeper Edmundo Mandrak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edmundo Mandrak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Fabiano Maia in the 53rd minute of the match. Edmundo Mandrak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Gustavo Bastos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that Opressor were the better team. Opressor's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
