If Robinho Soares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 71 minutes into the match, Morcegos F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Robinho Soares came free, but Nico Lopes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Betinho Hoffmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Geovânio Fonseca hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Simplicio EC's Vágner Passos got control of the ball when Betinho Hoffmann tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match was over Morcegos F.C could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Simplicio EC throughout the match.
