After a defensive mix-up in Parongaba's zone, Rafa Cardozo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cleiton Ferraz came out of the goal and Rafa Cardozo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 74 minutes into the match, Rafa Cardozo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cleiton Ferraz. Parongaba's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rafa Cardozo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Cleiton Ferraz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remo de Salles in the 78th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 81 minutes, Percival Meireles successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Thanks to some nice moves Vitório de Castro could shoot a difficult shot in the 92nd minute, which Percival Meireles however easily saved by the left post. Rafa Cardozo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Serafim Palmeira kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match.
