In the 12th minute, S.C SILVAO O RETORNO's Rogério Tinoco seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Rogério Tinoco the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of S.C SILVAO O RETORNO protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Rogério Tinoco had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 13th match minute, S.C SILVAO O RETORNO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rogério Tinoco to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th minute, Marcel Marinho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Válter Faria to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, Tomasina AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richard Albuquerque to maneuver through the defense. S.C SILVAO O RETORNO's Natã Tepedino got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 56th minute, Laércio Donato hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcel Marinho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Valdemar Mandrak having to make a save. In the 64th minute, Válter Faria ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valdemar Mandrak was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Válter Faria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdemar Mandrak having to interfere. Marcel Marinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Valdemar Mandrak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Marcel Marinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcel Marinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 79 minutes, Válter Faria managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tomasina AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Válter Faria was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 89 minutes, Valdemar Mandrak successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Marcel Marinho struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Valdemar Mandrak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tomasina AD. Through an outstanding action, after 95 minutes, Valdemar Mandrak successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Tomasina AD's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Elano Aguiar in the 98th minute. The corner led to Tomasina AD's Gilson de Almeida getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. When the match was over Tomasina AD could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than S.C SILVAO O RETORNO throughout the match.
