Spectators: 6845 (Terracing: 5495, Seating: 1300, VIP seats: 50) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Wellington Rossi started the match with the kick off. Wellington Rossi came free with the goalkeeper in the 8th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Oscar Camargo could save by the left post. After 8 played minutes Caravellas SS got a freekick which was hit by Enio de Lima. Nilson Fantini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Cosme having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Caravellas SS's zone, Wellington Rossi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oscar Camargo came out of the goal and Wellington Rossi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Luisão Saraiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wellington Rossi scored 1-0 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oscar Camargo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Caravellas SS's Narciso Diniz got a free kick in the 26th minute. Wellington Rossi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Renan de Mendonça charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Renan de Mendonça the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Renan de Mendonça hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. José Carlos Tróia kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Renan de Mendonça kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, Nilson Fantini made a precise shot to the right of David Cosme. Rossensal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nilson Fantini made a kick off. 66 minutes into the match, Rossensal's goal looked a bit too open when Enio de Lima came free, but David Cosme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Luisão Saraiva notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Caravellas SS's Oscar Camargo. Oscar Camargo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Wellington Rossi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wellington Rossi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 78th minute Wellington Rossi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oscar Camargo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 80 minutes into the match, Caravellas SS's goal looked a bit too open when Luisão Saraiva came free, but Oscar Camargo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Rossensal's Benjamin Custódio got a free kick in the 86th minute. In the 87th minute, Diego Vergílio fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of David Cosme, passed just outside the right post. In the 88th minute, Diego Vergílio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st minute, Nilson Fantini fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Caravellas SS's Oscar Camargo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wellington Rossi in the 94th minute of play. There was no doubt that Rossensal were the better team. Rossensal's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
