Marcinho Chaves kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Filipe Domingues's late challenge caught a C. R. Flamengo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

55 minutes into the match, Miguelito FC's goalkeeper Erivaldo Fernandes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucas Arósio. After a rather tough play, Miguelito FC's Cléber da Silva got a free kick in the 57th minute. Virgílio Dante hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. In the last second Erivaldo Fernandes throw himself and got hold of the ball when Claudinei Nascimento in the 69thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Miguelito FC's Erivaldo Fernandes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Miguelito FC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Miguelito FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Luiz Gustavo Peixoto hit a great ball. C. R. Flamengo's Claudinei Nascimento got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 92 minutes, Luiz Gustavo Peixoto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Miguelito FC and the C. R. Flamengo players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of C. R. Flamengo booed when Miguelito FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Gustavo Peixoto didn't get a good kick on the ball. C.
