Spectators: 5210 (Terracing: 4100, Seating: 1100, VIP seats: 10) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Erik Pereira started the match with the kick off. 6 minutes into the match, Britanicos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Erik Pereira came free, but Ulisses Cearense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 9 played minutes Academia B.F. got a freekick which was hit by Erik Pereira. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Augusto de Castro during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 13th match minute, Britanicos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto de Castro to maneuver through the defense. 14 minutes into the match, Britanicos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Erik Pereira came free, but Ulisses Cearense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Augusto de Castro hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute Erik Pereira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulisses Cearense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Juvenal Cosme fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Academia B.F.'s protests and gave Juvenal Cosme a yellow card for diving instead. Juvenal Cosme kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Academia B.F.'s Valério Baptista managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Lúcio Matorin in the 37 minute of the game. In the 38th minute, Erik Pereira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Academia B.F. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. If Augusto de Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Augusto de Castro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Belmiro Godoi having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Erik Pereira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Academia B.F.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Erik Pereira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ulisses Cearense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Erik Pereira in the 59thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ulisses Cearense, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 61 minutes of play, Academia B.F.'s Erik Pereira made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ulisses Cearense was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Britanicos FC's Nuno Dante got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Erik Pereira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Ulisses Cearense made a huge save. Maurinho Viana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 85 minutes into the match, Maurinho Viana dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ulisses Cearense, 0-3. After 93 played minutes Britanicos FC got a freekick which was hit by Serafim Ferreira. After a defensive mix-up in Britanicos FC's zone, Erik Pereira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ulisses Cearense came out of the goal and Erik Pereira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Academia B.F. players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
