Hílton Barbosa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonas Zonta's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Terrão FC's attentive Artur Ramos managed to snatch the ball when Diego Chaves made a throw-in in the 56th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Giuseppe de Almeida managed to get in a good position for a shot. Concepción FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Giuseppe de Almeida was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hílton Barbosa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
