In the 3rd play minute Gabby Rondinone came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Marcos Freire. 1-0. Marquinhos de Moraes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gabby Rondinone's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marcos Freire firmly grabbed it by the left post. 17 minutes into the match, Marquinhos de Moraes dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Marcos Freire, 2-0. After 20 played minutes Ibicua AD got a freekick which was hit by Celsinho Santos. Marquinhos de Moraes received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marcos Freire came out and tried to block the shot, but Marquinhos de Moraes slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 22nd minute. When Veneto's Marquinhos de Moraes in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ibicua AD's goalie prevented a goal. Eriberto Souza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomas Louis having to interfere. 31 minutes into the match, Veneto's goal looked a bit too open when Douglas Mello came free, but Tomas Louis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the game, Gabby Rondinone cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Marcos Freire was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ibicua AD's Marcos Freire played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marquinhos de Moraes in the 40th minute of play. Veneto's Gabby Rondinone suffered a sore thigh after 41 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Celsinho Santos during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cleiton Rossi shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Marcos Freire showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marquinhos de Moraes in the 46th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Osvaldo Melo was the one to do the kick off. Ibicua AD's Diogo Simões got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Osvaldo Melo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 59th minute, Adriano de Medeiros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 62 minutes into the match, Cleiton Rossi notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Ibicua AD's Marcos Freire. Marcos Freire was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Douglas Mello kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. If Cleiton Rossi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 75th minute Marquinhos de Moraes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Freire saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Cleiton Rossi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ibicua AD's Marcos Freire played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marquinhos de Moraes in the 78th minute of play. Tomas Louis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldo Melo in the 82nd minute of play. After 86 played minutes Veneto got a freekick which was hit by Filippo Ronconi. Veneto made a substitution. Joel dos Santos replaced Cristóvão Peixoto. In the 87th minute, Filippo Ronconi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcos Freire took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cleiton Rossi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute of the match Joel dos Santos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcos Freire skillfully saved the ball. 94 minutes into the game, Cleiton Rossi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Marcos Freire was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
