The referee ignored Templarius FC - FDFDF's protests and gave Fabrício Maciel a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Templarius FC - FDFDF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 32nd minute. Penalty! The referee gave Caveiras FC a penalty, 34 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Henrique Salles, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Templarius FC - FDFDF's Juninho Perez. 0-2. Templarius FC - FDFDF's Giovani Sá managed to work through Caveiras FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. When Silvério Paulista came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Templarius FC - FDFDF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvério Paulista couldn't finish the play. Caveiras FC were furious when Gonçalo Saraiva was red carded, 44 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 43 minutes into the game, one of Caveiras FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Andrézinho Borges to strike the kick off in the second half. Elivélton Cabral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cauan Mangueira kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. When Waldir Paranaense came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Templarius FC - FDFDF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Waldir Paranaense couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Waldir Paranaense managed to get in a good position for a shot. Templarius FC - FDFDF's supporters rose to their feet, but Waldir Paranaense was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elivélton Cabral breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Paulão Aguiar hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute Glauco Lucas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elivélton Cabral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Giovani Sá took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elivélton Cabral. Elivélton Cabral dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Templarius FC - FDFDF's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
