Renan Tasso did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Angelo Araújo 11 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fausto Maranhense during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fausto Maranhense kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Renan Tasso struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Angelo Araújo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CORNOS FUTEBOL CLUBE. In the 23rd minute, Waldir de Queirós hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Angelo Araújo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Renan Tasso went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Renan Tasso in the 30thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Angelo Araújo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 32 minutes into the match, Virasoro fc's goalkeeper Angelo Araújo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Renan Tasso. After a rather tough play, CORNOS FUTEBOL CLUBE's Fausto Maranhense got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind CORNOS FUTEBOL CLUBE's goalkeeper Kauã Seco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rogério Gaúcho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Virasoro fc's zone, Renan Tasso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Angelo Araújo came out of the goal and Renan Tasso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

After having played for 51 minutes, Renan Tasso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CORNOS FUTEBOL CLUBE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Renan Tasso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Renan Tasso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Renan Tasso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Angelo Araújo was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. When Fausto Maranhense came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the CORNOS FUTEBOL CLUBE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fausto Maranhense couldn't finish the play. Angelo Araújo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renan Tasso in the 64th minute of the match. Angelo Araújo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rogério Gaúcho, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. If Rogério Gaúcho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The CORNOS FUTEBOL CLUBE fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when CORNOS FUTEBOL CLUBE's Renan Tasso looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 79th minute, Renan Tasso made a precise shot to the right of Angelo Araújo. Virasoro fc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. CORNOS FUTEBOL CLUBE's Renan Tasso got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Angelo Araújo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Renan Tasso's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Renan Tasso put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Angelo Araújo. CORNOS FUTEBOL CLUBE's Renan Tasso got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fausto Maranhense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Angelo Araújo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. CORNOS FUTEBOL CLUBE had played much better football throughout.
