SEG - DF's Alfredo Tróia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nico Nascimento in the 4th minute of play. In the 4th minute, Yuri Dias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, CHUTE NO SACO F.C.'s Nico Nascimento got a free kick in the 13th minute. Edgar Brito stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roger Silva's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Roger Silva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar Brito having to interfere. When Roger Silva came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the SEG - DF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roger Silva couldn't finish the play. A collision led to CHUTE NO SACO F.C. getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Maurício Reis hit a great ball. Alfredo Tróia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nico Nascimento in the 52nd minute of play. CHUTE NO SACO F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 54th minute, when Roger Silva scored to the left of an out of position Edgar Brito, making the score, 0-4. In the 62nd minute, Roger Silva fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 66 minutes into the match, SEG - DF's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Fábio de Souza came free, but Alfredo Tróia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67th minute, Roger Silva got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Claudinho Dionísio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Edgar Brito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cláudio Barros's late challenge caught a SEG - DF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cláudio Barros helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of SEG - DF booed when CHUTE NO SACO F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position.
