Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hortêncio Mandrak had several of the Arto do Pasto's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 33 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Almir Marinho as he didn't even see the shot coming. Hortêncio Mandrak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Almir Marinho made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Hortêncio Mandrak sent off a good shot on target. 46 minutes into the match, Arto do Pasto's goalkeeper Almir Marinho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Geovanni do Vale. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Francisco Lopes charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Francisco Lopes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 53 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Arto do Pasto! Almir Marinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hortêncio Mandrak in the 58th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hortêncio Mandrak in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Almir Marinho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Almir Marinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hortêncio Mandrak in the 61st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Meninos da Vila's zone, Chico Duarte stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Afonso Toledo came out of the goal and Chico Duarte tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Meninos da Vila's Afonso Toledo got control of the ball when Walmyr de Andrade tried to sneak it across the goal line. Meninos da Vila's Afonso Toledo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Pedro Seco in the 71st minute of play. Caetano Massa's late challenge caught a Arto do Pasto's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Caetano Massa helped the player get up and apologised. In the 74th match minute, Meninos da Vila was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Caetano Massa to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th minute, Walmyr de Andrade hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 79 played minutes Arto do Pasto got a freekick which was hit by Tiago Gabriel Matos. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Arto do Pasto's goalkeeper Almir Marinho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Meninos da Vila's Geovanni do Vale got a free kick in the 85th minute. Meninos da Vila's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
