Spectators: 7316 (Terracing: 5488, Seating: 1683, VIP seats: 145) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Waldemar Nunes kicked off to start the match. After a defensive mix-up in Lavajinha SS's zone, Jerônimo Nunes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abel de Andrade came out of the goal and Jerônimo Nunes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 9 minutes into the game, Waldemar Nunes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Henrique Eger. Waldemar Nunes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After 13 minutes of play, Lavajinha SS's Remo Gonçalves made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Henrique Eger was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sport Club Jardim Munhoz's goalkeeper Henrique Eger, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Henrique Eger was out of position in the 20 minute of play, and Remo Gonçalves capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Remo Gonçalves really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Remo Gonçalves kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Henrique Eger. That made the score 5-0 in the 26 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Lavajinha SS's Remo Gonçalves got a free kick in the 29th minute. When Waldemar Nunes came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Lavajinha SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Waldemar Nunes couldn't finish the play. After 34 played minutes Remo Gonçalves rounded Sport Club Jardim Munhoz's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 6-0. 39 minutes into the match, Sport Club Jardim Munhoz's goalkeeper Henrique Eger had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Waldemar Nunes. Remo Gonçalves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrique Eger having to interfere. A collision led to Sport Club Jardim Munhoz getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Fernando Soeiro hit a great ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jerônimo Nunes made a kick off. After some careless play in the Sport Club Jardim Munhoz defense, Waldemar Nunes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Henrique Eger. The Sport Club Jardim Munhoz fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Henrique Eger should have stopped the shot. Jerônimo Nunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel de Andrade having to interfere. In the 58th minute, Remo Gonçalves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 60th minute, Anderson Lopez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 63rd minute, Edmundo Barros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 64th minute of the match Anderson Lopez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Abel de Andrade skillfully saved the ball. Lavajinha SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Remo Gonçalves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Henrique Eger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 79th minute, Jano de Alcântara ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Henrique Eger was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. A collision led to Lavajinha SS getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Remo Gonçalves hit a great ball. Remo Gonçalves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Waldemar Nunes came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Lavajinha SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Waldemar Nunes couldn't finish the play.
