If Régis Machado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th minute Pirracao were awarded a corner. João Francisco Cruz went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Pirracao's João Francisco Cruz to fire away a dangerous shot which Wesley Monteiro despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Wesley Monteiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro das Neves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to LuKe FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Enéas Pirani hit a great ball. The supporters of Pirracao booed when LuKe FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jerônimo Arósio didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Régis Machado made a kick off. In the 64th minute Gernando Leite shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Eduardo Sousa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro das Neves could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Wesley Monteiro made a huge save. In the 70th minute, Alan Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Régis Machado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pirracao's supporters rose to their feet, but Régis Machado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wesley Monteiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luiz Eduardo Sousa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Denílson Félix went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Luiz Eduardo Sousa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denílson Félix in the 79th minute of the match. LuKe FC's Gernando Leite got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 82nd minute, Régis Machado fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Denílson Félix managed to get in a good position for a shot. LuKe FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Denílson Félix was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luiz Eduardo Sousa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
