Spectators: 7074 (Terracing: 5449, Seating: 1575, VIP seats: 50) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. In the 10th minute Fausto Mota shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolas Schmidt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joélson Quadros kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Nicolas Schmidt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lauro Ramos, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Fausto Mota took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nicolas Schmidt. Nicolas Schmidt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. E. C. Vila Mariana's Abelardo Jacinto shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 22nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Zé Neiva but with some difficulty. Leonel Bertassi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fausto Mota recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nicolas Schmidt came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Ibicaba's Fausto Mota. But to his dismay, Fausto Mota quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Nicolas Schmidt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lauro Ramos, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Percy Reis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Nicolas Schmidt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Fausto Mota fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolas Schmidt having to interfere. Lauro Ramos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Nicolas Schmidt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Fausto Mota came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Ibicaba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fausto Mota couldn't finish the play. Lauro Ramos was extremely unlucky when he, in the 59th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. A collision led to E. C. Vila Mariana getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Tadeu Campidelis hit a great ball. After 61 played minutes, Ibicaba's Júlio Teixeira shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nicolas Schmidt came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ibicaba reached it. Kléberson Tepedino charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kléberson Tepedino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 62nd match minute, E. C. Vila Mariana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kléberson Tepedino to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Fausto Mota managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ibicaba's supporters rose to their feet, but Fausto Mota was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicolas Schmidt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lauro Ramos got free with Nicolas Schmidt in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ibicaba's Fausto Mota got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Lauro Ramos came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Ibicaba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lauro Ramos couldn't finish the play. Vila Mariana's Nicolas Schmidt got control of the ball when Lauro Ramos tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lauro Ramos got free with Nicolas Schmidt in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind E. C. Vila Mariana's goalkeeper Nicolas Schmidt, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A hard shot 92 in the game by Lauro Ramos from a close distance when the talented Nicolas Schmidt managed to make a qualified save. E. C. Vila Mariana's players were relieved. If Lauro Ramos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 96th minute, E. C. Vila Mariana's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Fausto Mota fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post.
