When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Maurício Netto sped through TheZacato's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Geovânio Bertassi. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dráuzio Torres in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Geovânio Bertassi saved TheZacato from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo José Loyola in the 25th minute of play forced Macacos de Moletom FC's goalkeeper Marcos Brasil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maurício Netto succeeded in the game's 28th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-0. In the 31st minute Cláudio Rodrigues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Brasil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. TheZacato's Geovânio Bertassi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save TheZacato from getting a goal against them. Geovânio Bertassi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luisinho Tande's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Luisinho Tande fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovânio Bertassi having to interfere. If Kauã Paiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, TheZacato's Geovânio Bertassi got control of the ball when Maurício Netto tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Luisinho Tande had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Geovânio Bertassi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maurício Netto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Geovânio Bertassi came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Macacos de Moletom FC's Maurício Netto. But to his dismay, Maurício Netto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. After 59 played minutes TheZacato got a freekick which was hit by Marcel Quintal. When Paulo Renato Vale fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TheZacato's protests and gave Paulo Renato Vale a yellow card for diving instead. TheZacato:s Geovânio Bertassi showed great skill when he stopped Wesley Travassos:s penalty. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind TheZacato's goalkeeper Geovânio Bertassi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 73rd minute, Kauã Paiva made a precise shot to the right of Geovânio Bertassi. TheZacato's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. After having played for 78 minutes, Kauã Paiva managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Macacos de Moletom FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kauã Paiva was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Geovânio Bertassi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kauã Paiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Ciro Vale hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Kauã Paiva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute.
