An unexpectedly hard shot by Júnior Sabóia in the 5th minute of play forced Felizburgo's goalkeeper Víktor do Valle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Luiz Gustavo Carvalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alfredão Castro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Lopes in the 13th minute of play. Júnior Sabóia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Víktor do Valle having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Júnior Sabóia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Piquete AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Júnior Sabóia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Víktor do Valle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Víktor do Valle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Júnior Sabóia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luiz Gustavo Carvalho hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Víktor do Valle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Júnior Sabóia in the 35th minute of the match. Piquete AD's Thomás Rosa got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 44 minutes into the match, Amauri Guerra had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alfredão Castro. Piquete AD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Amauri Guerra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The Piquete AD players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Felizburgo were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Amauri Guerra made a kick off. Alfredão Castro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amauri Guerra in the 53rd minute of play. Piquete AD's Alfredão Castro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amauri Guerra in the 55th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Felizburgo's goal looked a bit too open when Thomás Rosa came free, but Víktor do Valle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Júnior Sabóia in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Víktor do Valle saved Felizburgo from getting behind. A collision led to Piquete AD getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Caco Domingues hit a great ball. Felizburgo's Baltazar Prata couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 66th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Piquete AD. Júnior Sabóia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ricardo Lopess short, quick shot in the 80thth minute got Alfredão Castro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Víktor do Valle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Júnior Sabóia in the 81st minute of the match. Thomás Rosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Júnior Sabóia struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Víktor do Valle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Piquete AD. Júnior Sabóia took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Víktor do Valle. Víktor do Valle dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Alfredão Castro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ricardo Lopes in the 94th minute. Víktor do Valle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Júnior Sabóia in the 97th minute of the match. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
