The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ronaldão Dias stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Wágner Aguiar came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by União Futebol e Cerveja's Lauro Prata. But to his dismay, Lauro Prata quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 68th minute of the match, Arthur Sampaio got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jeferson Lopes was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 69th minute, Lauro Prata ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wágner Aguiar was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Jeferson Lopes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldão Dias in the 74th minute of the match. União Futebol e Cerveja's Jeferson Lopes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save União Futebol e Cerveja from getting a goal against them. In the 78thth minute of the game Juan Abraão who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Formigas SC's Wágner Aguiar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Juan Abraão managed to get in a good position for a shot. União Futebol e Cerveja's supporters rose to their feet, but Juan Abraão was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wágner Aguiar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Formigas SC's Wágner Aguiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lauro Prata in the 83rd minute of play. Juan Abraão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wágner Aguiar having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Lauro Prata had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wágner Aguiar. Formigas SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lauro Prata was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Formigas SC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for União Futebol e Cerveja.
