An unexpectedly hard shot by Caio do Valle in the 11th minute of play forced BERTOLDO FUTEBOL CLUB's goalkeeper Toninho Massa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Caio do Valle came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Charqueadense fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Caio do Valle couldn't finish the play. Conrado Ferreira charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Conrado Ferreira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, BERTOLDO FUTEBOL CLUB's Conrado Ferreira got a free kick in the 16th minute. Adelino Hermes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toninho Massa having to interfere. With his leg Narciso de Alcântara managed to avoid a goal in the 21stth minute, when BERTOLDO FUTEBOL CLUB's Conrado Ferreira fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Narciso de Alcântara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafinha Varela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Toninho Massa came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Charqueadense's Adelino Hermes. But to his dismay, Adelino Hermes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 33 minutes into the game, Caio do Valle cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Toninho Massa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Caio do Valle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Toninho Massa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Caio do Valle made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th match minute, BERTOLDO FUTEBOL CLUB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conrado Ferreira to maneuver through the defense. Caio do Valle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 58 minutes into the game, Orlando Galvão cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Toninho Massa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dráusio Amaral struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Toninho Massa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Charqueadense. A collision led to BERTOLDO FUTEBOL CLUB getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Conrado Ferreira hit a great ball. Toninho Massa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adelino Hermes in the 67th minute of play. Toninho Massa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caio do Valle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Caio do Valle could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Toninho Massa made a huge save. If Orlando Galvão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Caio do Valle got free with Toninho Massa in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Maicon Alvarenga came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Charqueadense fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maicon Alvarenga couldn't finish the play. Régis Guimarães's late challenge caught a Charqueadense's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Régis Guimarães helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Charqueadense booed when BERTOLDO FUTEBOL CLUB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Régis Guimarães didn't get a good kick on the ball. Orlando Galvão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toninho Massa having to interfere.
