In the 8th minute, Reinaldo Pires got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. André Tande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Passos in the 11th minute of play. Toronto Raptors's Luiz Fabiano Baptista got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Zé Roberto Pitta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Toronto Raptors's André Tande played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reinaldo Pires in the 21st minute of play. After 44 minutes, Eugênio Tande mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Toronto Raptors and the Inimigos da Habilidade players grew even worse after the yellow card. Eugênio Tande hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Elias Passos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. André Tande tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Reinaldo Pires had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alessandro do Valle was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Toronto Raptors's zone, Elias Passos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. André Tande came out of the goal and Elias Passos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eugênio Tande got his second yellow card in the match during the 65th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After having played for 67 minutes, Elias Passos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Inimigos da Habilidade's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elias Passos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Toronto Raptors booed when Inimigos da Habilidade was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reinaldo Pires didn't get a good kick on the ball. Severino Mazza lost his temper 75 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 76th minute, Severino Mazza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zé Roberto Pitta struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 87 minutes into the match, Toronto Raptors's goal looked a bit too open when Reinaldo Pires came free, but André Tande reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elias Passos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Reinaldo Pires struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. André Tande didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Inimigos da Habilidade. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elias Passos got free with André Tande in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Inimigos da Habilidade's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
