Seating: 1672, VIP seats: 144) Osvaldo Siqueira started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, Flávio Batista dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Juvenal Abraão, 1-0. Jay-Jay Torpeda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvaldo Siqueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Wilfredo Arias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juvenal Abraão having to interfere. Vânderson Valadares's late challenge caught a Casagrande FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vânderson Valadares helped the player get up and apologised. In the 18th match minute, Bodo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vânderson Valadares to maneuver through the defense. Claudinho Miranda's late challenge caught a Bodo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Casagrande FC's Claudinho Miranda got a free kick in the 23rd minute. 25 minutes into the match, Casagrande FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kléberson Paes came free, but Jay-Jay Torpeda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Bodo booed when Casagrande FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roger da Fonseca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bodo's Agostinho Montenegro got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldo Siqueira in the 31st minute of play forced Casagrande FC's goalkeeper Jay-Jay Torpeda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Claudinho Miranda got free with Juvenal Abraão in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Claudinho Miranda was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Casagrande FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Leopoldo Mendonça hit a great ball. Kléberson Paes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Jay-Jay Torpeda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Osvaldo Siqueira in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jay-Jay Torpeda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kléberson Paes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Jay-Jay Torpeda made a huge save. With a little luck, Casagrande FC's Jay-Jay Torpeda got control of the ball when Kléberson Paes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Osvaldo Siqueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jay-Jay Torpeda having to interfere. Juvenal Abraão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leopoldo Mendonça, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. After 86 minutes of play, Casagrande FC's Claudinho Miranda made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juvenal Abraão was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Leopoldo Mendonça had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vânderson Valadares kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Bodo's Kléberson Paes got a free kick in the 95th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Casagrande FC had played much better football throughout.
