Spectators: 7312 (Terracing: 5485, Seating: 1682, VIP seats: 145) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Kiko de Medeiros made the kick off which started today's match. Fernando de Barros blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joel de Castro having to make a save. After 7 played minutes, Pixaim EC's André Nascimento shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Joel de Castro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pixaim EC reached it. In the 9th minute of the match Carlos Mendonça shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joel de Castro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Silas Alcântara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 15 minutes into the match, Alquimista FPA STAND BY's goal looked a bit too open when Silas Alcântara came free, but Joel de Castro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd match minute, Alquimista FPA STAND BY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juarês Meireles to maneuver through the defense. In the 25thth minute of the game Silas Alcântara who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alquimista FPA STAND BY's Joel de Castro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fernando de Barros in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joel de Castro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 29th minute Fernando de Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel de Castro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silas Alcântara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Joel de Castro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silas Alcântara in the 32nd minute of play forced Alquimista FPA STAND BY's goalkeeper Joel de Castro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joel de Castro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando de Barros in the 35th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Júlio Mello during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Júlio Mello hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. In the 37th minute, Silas Alcântara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Fernando de Barros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silas Alcântara's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joel de Castro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. In the 45th minute Fernando de Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel de Castro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Silas Alcântara to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Zé Carlos Zilles took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Joel de Castro to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to Pixaim EC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Carlos Mendonça hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Pixaim EC's zone, Kiko de Medeiros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Renatinho Ceresso came out of the goal and Kiko de Medeiros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 62 minutes into the game, Pixaim EC's Fernando de Barros nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joel de Castro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. If Fernando de Barros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 75th minute, Marcinho Breckenfeld sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Pixaim EC's Renatinho Ceresso didn't even have to move. Júlio Mello kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Silas Alcântara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel de Castro having to interfere. Alquimista FPA STAND BY's Joel de Castro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Alquimista FPA STAND BY from getting a goal against them. Pixaim EC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
