After 67 minutes of play, Galáticos MZ's Zézinho Seco made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vitório Quintal was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Zézinho Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Vitório Quintal came out of the goal and Zézinho Seco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luciano Quirino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Galáticos MZ fully deserved thier win.
