Spectators: 6798 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 143) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ismael Silveira made the kick off which started today's match. Ismael Silveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamim Trancoso having to interfere. In the 10th minute Ismael Silveira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamim Trancoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Queda's Benjamim Trancoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Silveira in the 12th minute of play. With a little luck, Queda's Benjamim Trancoso got control of the ball when Rony Magalhães tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Queda's Ulisses Tinoco got a free kick in the 14th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rony Magalhães got free with Benjamim Trancoso in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 17 minutes had been played when some careless play by Queda's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pedro Luís Vinhas was slow to take the kick. During this time Igualdade SC's players had a chance to rest. Rogério Amaral was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Dito Queiroz spun around in front of the goal 20 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Igualdade SC's goal. Donato Aparecido charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Donato Aparecido the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 21 played minutes Igualdade SC got a freekick which was hit by Donato Aparecido. Bernardinho Tasso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovânio França having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bernardinho Tasso during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Queda getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Bernardinho Tasso hit a great ball. 32 minutes into the match, Igualdade SC's Rony Magalhães sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benjamim Trancoso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rony Magalhães got free with Benjamim Trancoso in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 35 minutes into the game, Ulisses Tinoco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Queda's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Igualdade SC the free kick. Geovânio França took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dito Queiroz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Queda were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Rony Magalhães received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Benjamim Trancoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Geovânio França made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dito Queiroz in the 58th minute of play. Bernardinho Tasso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Geovânio França made a huge save. Gilson Godoi hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Bernardinho Tasso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Geovânio França made a huge save. Dito Queiroz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovânio França having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Dito Queiroz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Geovânio França. That made the score 0-2 in the 72 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Igualdade SC's zone, Dito Queiroz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Geovânio França came out of the goal and Dito Queiroz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dito Queiroz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gilson Godoi's late challenge caught a Queda's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gilson Godoi helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Queda booed when Igualdade SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilson Godoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 85 minutes, Geovânio França successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Gilson Godoi was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 87 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Igualdade SC's Gilson Godoi got a free kick in the 88th minute. Bernardinho Tasso who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 89thth minute tested the skills of Geovânio França when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Bernardinho Tasso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Geovânio França made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Bernardinho Tasso sent off a good shot on target. After 97 played minutes Igualdade SC got a freekick which was hit by Ismael Silveira. 99 minutes into the game, Bernardinho Tasso recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Geovânio França. Bernardinho Tasso showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Queda played a much better game than Igualdade SC and deserved their victory. The Igualdade SC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
