With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luciano Tróia in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeremias Freitas saved LOUCOZ BR from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in LOUCOZ BR's zone, Mateus Hoffmann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeremias Freitas came out of the goal and Mateus Hoffmann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rony Palmeira in the 23rd minute of play forced LOUCOZ BR's goalkeeper Jeremias Freitas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute, Pedro Paulo Marinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jeremias Freitas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateus Hoffmann in the 27th minute of play. In the 28th minute, one of Capitao de Campos futboll:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Capitao de Campos futboll. If Luciano Tróia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mateus Hoffmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeremias Freitas having to interfere. Mateus Hoffmann scored 0-1 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jeremias Freitas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 47 minutes into the match, Magno Brito notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Capitao de Campos futboll's Caio Ramos. Caio Ramos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Christiano Araújo made a kick off. If Magno Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Magno Brito managed to get in a good position for a shot. LOUCOZ BR's supporters rose to their feet, but Magno Brito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Caio Ramos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mateus Hoffmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Jeremias Freitas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luciano Tróia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jeremias Freitas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Mateus Hoffmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeremias Freitas having to interfere. Arnaldo Vidal hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. In the 80th minute, Samuel Paraibano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 80th minute, Mateus Hoffmann ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal.
