Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Felipe Nogueira started the match with the kick off. Toheroa's Felipe Nogueira got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 6 minutes into the match, Christiano Araújo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Toheroa's Dito Vinhas. Dito Vinhas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jeremias Freitas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Nogueira in the 9th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Felipe Nogueira in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jeremias Freitas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dito Vinhas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Magno Brito, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Pedro Paulo Marinho charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pedro Paulo Marinho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Pedro Paulo Marinho hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Marquinhos Negri's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jeremias Freitas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Marquinhos Negri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 28 minutes, Marquinhos Negri made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. LOUCOZ BR's Jeremias Freitas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Jeremias Freitas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Nogueira in the 34th minute of play. When Bebeto Moura fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LOUCOZ BR's protests and gave Bebeto Moura a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 37th minute of the game. One of LOUCOZ BR:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Toheroa:s goal. If Felipe Nogueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeremias Freitas made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Marquinhos Negri sent off a good shot on target. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

Dito Vinhas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Magno Brito in the 62nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Nogueira in the 65th minute of play forced LOUCOZ BR's goalkeeper Jeremias Freitas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the LOUCOZ BR defense, Felipe Nogueira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jeremias Freitas. The LOUCOZ BR fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jeremias Freitas should have stopped the shot. Marquinhos Negri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeremias Freitas having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Christiano Araújo during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 83rd match minute, LOUCOZ BR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christiano Araújo to maneuver through the defense. Felipe Nogueira struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Jeremias Freitas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Toheroa. The referee ignored LOUCOZ BR's protests and gave Magno Brito a yellow card for diving instead. In the 88th minute, Magno Brito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Toheroa getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Aírton Bertassi hit a great ball. Tiago da Silva took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jeremias Freitas. LOUCOZ BR's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Toheroa fans cheered their team off the field, for while LOUCOZ BR had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
