Alessandro Souto made in the 24th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Pedro Vieira. Flamengo CRF's Duda Pimenta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Vieira in the 29th minute of play. After 30 minutes of play, Flamengo CRF's Hermínio Veiga made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. In the 39th minute Pedro Vieira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duda Pimenta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. AD Itacuruba's Lino do Nascimento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Allan Aguiar in the 84th minute of play.
