Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Vágner Cardozo made the kick off which started today's match. Zé Paulo Falcão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luciano Nóbrega in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 9th minute Luciano Nóbrega shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Paulo Falcão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Percival Gonçalves hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Zé Paulo Falcão came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Marasco's Benedito das Neves. But to his dismay, Benedito das Neves quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by João Carlos Sá during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Rosa Negra getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. João Carlos Sá hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Vágner Cardozo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gonçalo Meirelles was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. After having played for 23 minutes, Breno de Sousa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marasco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Breno de Sousa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vágner Cardozo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonçalo Meirelles having to interfere. When Baltazar Bittencourt fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Marasco's protests and gave Baltazar Bittencourt a yellow card for diving instead. Baltazar Bittencourt hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Nóbrega in the 33rd minute of play forced Rosa Negra's goalkeeper Zé Paulo Falcão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luciano Nóbrega fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Paulo Falcão having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Breno de Sousa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Breno de Sousa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 47 minutes into the game, Vágner Cardozo lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Gonçalo Meirelles. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luciano Nóbrega in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zé Paulo Falcão saved Rosa Negra from getting behind. 58 minutes into the game, Davi Tróia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Marasco's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rosa Negra the free kick. In the 58th match minute, Marasco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Davi Tróia to maneuver through the defense. After 60 minutes of play, Marasco's Luciano Nóbrega made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zé Paulo Falcão was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Marasco's Luciano Nóbrega in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rosa Negra's goalie prevented a goal. 66 minutes into the match, Rosa Negra's goal looked a bit too open when Luciano Nóbrega came free, but Zé Paulo Falcão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luciano Nóbrega in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zé Paulo Falcão prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Breno de Sousa came free with the goalkeeper in the 69th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Zé Paulo Falcão could save by the left post. After having played for 70 minutes, Luciano Nóbrega managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marasco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luciano Nóbrega was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 76th minute, Rosa Negra's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Breno de Sousa fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Breno de Sousa struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Zé Paulo Falcão didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marasco. The supporters of Rosa Negra booed when Marasco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luciano Nóbrega didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luciano Nóbrega was in a good position and ended up with the ball after Marasco's free kick, but he didn't get a good hit on the ball and blazed it high and to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Luciano Nóbrega took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Zé Paulo Falcão to make any attempt to save it. If Vágner Cardozo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Marasco could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Rosa Negra throughout the match.
