Spectators: 7367 (Terracing: 5526, Seating: 1694, VIP seats: 147) Cleiton Antunes made the kick off and thus started the match. After a rather tough play, Pirapitinguy's João Paulo Carvalho got a free kick in the 6th minute. After having played for 7 minutes, Enrique Matos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ravenclaw F. C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Enrique Matos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 16 minutes into the match, Ravenclaw F. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Natã Motta came free, but Remo Prestes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Natã Motta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Remo Prestes came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Pirapitinguy's Cleiton Antunes. But to his dismay, Cleiton Antunes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Luís Eduardo Ferreira kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Enrique Matos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 33rd minute Natã Motta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remo Prestes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Pirapitinguy's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Matos came free, but Régis do Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th match minute, Pirapitinguy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Glauco Lima to maneuver through the defense. Nelson da Silva took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 36th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Régis do Vale. Pirapitinguy's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience was convinced that Enrique Matos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Régis do Vale was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. Enrique Matos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Régis do Vale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

A collision led to Ravenclaw F. C. getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Luís Eduardo Ferreira hit a great ball. Natã Motta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remo Prestes having to interfere. Cleiton Antunes hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After 60 minutes, Cristiano Netto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pirapitinguy and the Ravenclaw F. C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 61st minute of the match Nelson da Silva sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Régis do Vale skillfully saved the ball. 63 minutes into the match, Ravenclaw F. C.'s André Taffarel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Régis do Vale narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 65thth minute of the game André Taffarel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pirapitinguy's Régis do Vale was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Enrique Matos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Régis do Vale read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Ravenclaw F. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Cleiton Antunes came free, but Remo Prestes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Enrique Matos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Régis do Vale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. André Taffarel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Régis do Vale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from André Taffarel in the 78th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Enrique Matos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 87 minutes into the match, Pirapitinguy's goal looked a bit too open when André Taffarel came free, but Régis do Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pirapitinguy's Régis do Vale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by André Taffarel in the 94th minute of play. Régis do Vale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Matos in the 95th minute of play. When Kléberson Ortiz fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ravenclaw F. C.'s protests and gave Kléberson Ortiz a yellow card for diving instead. Remo Prestes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleiton Antunes in the 99th minute of play. The Pirapitinguy supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Pirapitinguy would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
